Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30.00-$36.00/hour based on experience
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape construction and crew leadership
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment: skid steer, mini excavator, tracked loader, chop saws, etc
- Experience with site grading, reading landscape plans, and job site layout
- Valid MA hydraulics license and driver’s license (must be insurable)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional (MCLP) designation or willingness to obtain

- Anticipating problems and planning ahead for needed materials, equipment, and assistance
- Ensuring team members are using safe field practices and PPE, while reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors and properly documenting all accidents
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with other team members about job progress
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Demonstrating your expertise by training a crew as a team
- Ensuring job cost reports are properly analyzed and that job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets are filled out
