What You’ll Accomplish

  • Curate beautiful landscapes—procure and plant annuals, perennials, and shrubs that bring properties to life.
  • Shape and refine outdoor spaces—hand-prune ornamental trees and shrubs up to 15’ for a polished, professional look.
  • Create seasonal designs that turn heads—thoughtfully design and install container and border plantings.
  • Maintain pristine gardens—lead cleanups, weeding, edging, and mulching to keep every space flawless.
  • Guide and train your assistant—help your crew grow their skills while ensuring work is done with precision.
  • Keep landscapes thriving year-round—handle winter plant care and holiday decorating.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Knowledge of plant identification, tree and shrub pruning, and corrective pruning techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.

The Work & Schedule

  • Full-time, seasonal position (March – mid/late December).
  • Monday–Friday schedule (some Saturdays and overtime as needed).
  • Commitment to snow operations required.
  • Work is outdoors, with moderate noise and plenty of movement.
