What You’ll Accomplish
- Curate beautiful landscapes—procure and plant annuals, perennials, and shrubs that bring properties to life.
- Shape and refine outdoor spaces—hand-prune ornamental trees and shrubs up to 15’ for a polished, professional look.
- Create seasonal designs that turn heads—thoughtfully design and install container and border plantings.
- Maintain pristine gardens—lead cleanups, weeding, edging, and mulching to keep every space flawless.
- Guide and train your assistant—help your crew grow their skills while ensuring work is done with precision.
- Keep landscapes thriving year-round—handle winter plant care and holiday decorating.

What You Bring to the Table
- Knowledge of plant identification, tree and shrub pruning, and corrective pruning techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
The Work & Schedule
- Full-time, seasonal position (March – mid/late December).
- Monday–Friday schedule (some Saturdays and overtime as needed).
- Commitment to snow operations required.
- Work is outdoors, with moderate noise and plenty of movement.
